Sandwich Seva

Volunteers come every Sunday morning to make food to feed the homeless in downtown Austin.

The temple was blessed through the generous donations from devotees to be able to give 250 meals per week, or  13,000 meals each year to the poor and homeless.

HERE is a list of items that we need weekly.  These can be dropped off in the kitchen anytime.

Volunteers meet in the kitchen on Sundays at 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM.  Often there are garden projects at 9.30 am for teens or kids to help with.

All are welcome to participate, no appointment needed.

“Giving and serving others fills our hearts with joy”, said a regular seva volunteer.
